Sport scores are now easier to find on Yahoo. By typing in the name of the team you are interested in, followed by the word score (team name - score) and pressing enter.
The results should be led by the latest game played by the team you queried (followed by the word "score", of course). Currently, this option is available for professional sports. This "tweak" was mentioned in article by ResearchBuzz.com
